This training programme is designed for employees who have already completed a training programme such as Master Negotiation or in-depth negotiation skills. The aim is to make them aware of their preferred behavioural style with DISC, to help them master the negotiation situations they will have to face, as part of a controlled preparation and implementation process.

Prerequisites : Have followed a programme Master or in-depth study of the fundamentals

  • Learn about different behavioural styles using the DISC method
  • Become aware of the strengths and weaknesses associated with their DISC profile in negotiation
  • Take their profile into account to prepare for effective negotiations and adopt the required negotiating stance
  • Identifying DISC profiles to improve negotiators' team interactions
