We minimise our carbon footprint by digitising our media and limiting non-essential travel. We use videoconferencing whenever possible and offset the emissions linked to our unavoidable travel. Our premises are eco-designed and use renewable energy.
Social
We promote diversity and inclusion within our team and in our negotiation practices. We ensure gender balance, recruit talent from all backgrounds and adapt our methods to respect cultural differences. Our workplace well-being policy promotes the professional fulfilment of every employee.
Ethics
Committed to responsible, respectful and fair negotiations for all stakeholders, we refuse assignments that run counter to our values and promote a culture of transparency. Our trainers systematically raise our clients' awareness of the ethical issues involved in negotiations and the risks of conflicts of interest.
